JCI Finland offers the best leadership training in Europe

JCI Finland got award for the best Leadership, Empowerment and Development program in JCI European Conference in Tampere, Finland. The awarded program is JCI 3LED (Leadership, Empowerment and Development). Aim of the program is to take skills development to a new level and to provide necessary skills for members to succeed in work life. The objective of this concept is to ensure continuous development and increased impact JCI has in Finland

The awarded JCI Leadership, Empowerment and Development Concept combines Local Deputy President empowerment program, Local President’s Leadership Growth Platform and Talent Pool -mentoring and developing for future leaders aiming for regional and national positions of JCI Finland.

The JCI 3LED is a 3-5 year long development path, combining 3 separate programs as 1 concept, which offers methods to succeed in JCI activities as well as concrete tools for leadership, strategic planing and for developing self leadership. The goal is also to provide work life skills and this way speed up also careers of JCI Finland members.

Additionally, at the same event, JCI Salo got awarded as the best local organization and JCI Turku’s Popup Turku got two different best project awards.
